This evening I got to meet up with The Diehl Family in their hometown.
Talk about beautiful.
I mean seriously natural beauties are these ladies. All three of them.
. . . . and the Man in their lives. . . he’s not so bad either.
Take a looksie:

Thank you so much Heather and Scott for the opportunity to photograph your wonderful family.

I had the most awesome time tonight with Wendi’s family.
She started out booking the session mostly for photographs of her sweet sweet girl Dezirae.
It turned into the most wonderful family session.
And the location is to die for. Take a look:

These are only a few of my favorites.
There are many many more that I love just as much.
This was one of my all time favorite sessions.
Even if I did fall in the mud.
No humans or cameras were injured.

Today I was invited to come see this little princess.
She reminds me very much of another little princess that I photograph regularly.
They both like to hang out with their sweet little mouths open.
Isn’t she just the most precious little thing?

Thank you so much Larkin (and Auntie Crystal) for allowing me to photograph your sweet angel.

Then on to edit 3 more before maybe getting to Prom Photos!!

I love my job.
Actually I love both my jobs.
They both involve babies.
. . . . . .and Mommies of babies.
Here’s why:
I’m still chugging along and editing this session.
As absolutely adorable as this little guy is I just may:
Share more as I go along.

This past Saturday I had the pleasure of photographing one of the cutest little guys on the planet.
We met up at Eagle Creek Park on the Indianapolis west side for fairly early morning session.
The weather had turned pretty chilly overnight and there was actually frost on windshields early in the morning.
Thankfully though the grass was pretty dry in the sunny spots so we were able to get the following photos.

Here are a couple more shots of Princess M.
She only has eyes for her Mama and truly pays me no mind whatsoever.
I got lucky though and did manage a few shots with her actually looking at me.

I just love photographing babies.

These two just get cuter and cuter the older they get.
He is way more into drama than she is.
She’s the serious one.
But she loves the camera.

Today’s session was mainly for Britt & her Mama.
They brought along some friends for the session so of course we had to have some of the four of them having some fun.

This morning I told Cade I was going to be photographing a princess today.
I explained how this baby’s Mama had worked at Disney World as Cinderella.
He quickly gave me his rendition of the story.
The Princess (Cinderella) married her Prince Charming (Kevin).
Then they got a baby.
Okay, I know it sounds funny that they “got” a baby.
I’ll explain:
Any time he’s ever asked the “how to’s” of babies I’ve always told him you have to pray for a baby.
Then God just puts one in the Mommy’s tummy.
End of story.
At least for awhile.
Soooooooooooo introducing:
Princess M

Today I had the privilege of taking senior photos of this wonderful guy.
His name is Michael and I work with his Mom at the hospital.
He’s very tall and is on the varsity basketball team at his school.
Thanks so much for the opportunity of taking your photos.
I had a great time.

This is Michael and his sister Kristen. They are very close.
She is a student at Purdue University.
I figured since she was visiting for the holiday weekend I would do a few shots of the the two of them together.

Aren’t these two just the sweetest babes in all the world?
I have to say that newborn twin babies have to be some of the most challenging to photograph.
Little Diego didn’t want any part of it at first.
Just like a little man, he was thinking of his stomach.
Once he got a little more in his tummy, he was good to go.
According to the Mama their personalities were reversed on this day.
I think Delilah is a little diva and knew there was a camera in her midst.
Can I just say I LOVE these two.
Oh yes, and the Mama too.

Thanks so much Lexi for the opportunity to photograph your beautiful bundles of joy.

This past Sunday I had a fabulous session with my cousin Kila and her family.
These boys have got to be the busiest little people I’ve ever met.
They so remind me of her when she was their ages.
Thank you so much Shawn & Kila for a fun day at the park.
It’s the most exercise I’ve had all year:o)

Okay so I’m only slightly frustrated with my internet service. I mean I shouldn’t really have to drive to Starbuck’s in order to blog or put up photos. Especially when I’m paying for the service.
But alas, such is life. I did get some great coffee and a blueberry scone for breakfast though.
