Kimber B ~ Photographer

About Kimber B Photography

A daughter, sister, wife, mother, best friend, photographer. I reside in Paragon, Indiana with my husband, two beautiful sons and three adorable little doggies. My passion for photography began after the birth of my son. I wanted to capture and remember these everlasting moments forever. This is when I purchased my first digital SLR camera. I love taking photographs of little ones in their entourage, surrounded by family and friends. After all, isn’t this where they are most comfortable! I spend most of my free time reading about and studying photography. Photography offers such a world of possibilities to me. Specializing exclusively in natural light photography for maternity, newborns, children, and families, I strive to capture the beauty in each moment and turn them into everlasting memories. My intent is to capture your children as you see them everyday, and how you want to remember them forever. Let me help you capture these special moments.

Princess L & Her MAMA ~ a sNEAK pEEK |cENTRAL iNDIANA Family Photographer

Tuesday, August 10th, 2010

After a bit of drama in our household with my poor Boston and her absessed tooth I finally finished a sneak peek of these two gorgeous girls:

We had a wonderful (though very hot) time at Holliday Park on Sunday.

IMG_4115sp

It was so hot in fact that we really enjoyed the time on the trails just to get out of the blaring sun, even if we did have to do some climbing.

Princess L wasn’t so sure she liked me chasing her around with my camera and looked at me very seriously at times.

Even still, it was a very successful session with lots of good photo ops.

Thank you so much Brittani, Princess L and Grandma for the opportunity to photograph your beautiful family.

Special K Family ~ Sneak Peek | Central Indiana Family Photographer

Wednesday, June 30th, 2010

Today I had the pleasure of photographing the most adorable family.

Busy, busy, busy are these little ones.

They definitely keep their parental unit on their toes.

Miss E was quite the bashful little princess at first.

I had the most wonderful time photographing these beautiful people.

Hawkins Family ~ Sneak Peak | Central Indiana Family Photographer

Friday, June 25th, 2010

Today I had a fantastic time photographing my BFF and her family.

Carol and I have know each other practically our whole lives.  Well at least since kindergarten.

The following photos of her kiddos Brandon, and her (trying to be un-identical) twins were taken at Cataract Falls.

Thanks Carol for the good times (as always).

Some things just never change.

And for that I am grateful.

.  .  . oh and kailee ~ I do love your new hairdo:o)

K & L & D ~ Best Friends | Central Indiana Lifestyle Photographer

Thursday, June 10th, 2010

Today was all about fun.

These 3 girls are best friends.

And were loads of fun to shoot.

L here is the serious one.

These other two:

They remind me of K&L’s Mama and me when we were growing up.

We actually started the day at the Bell Farm.

The Bell Farm is exactly what the name portrays, it’s an old farm and the farmer collected bells.

The girls were nice and dry when we left the farm.

About 15 minutes after arriving to the falls though someone slipped in the mud.

And that’s all it took.

They all jumped into the water.

So we just went with the flow.

At times ~ literally.

Dezirae and family (sneak peak) | Central Indiana Family Photographer

Thursday, April 29th, 2010

I had the most awesome time tonight with Wendi’s family.

She started out booking the session mostly for photographs of her sweet sweet girl Dezirae.

It turned into the most wonderful family session.

And the location is to die for.  Take a look:

These are only a few of my favorites.

There are many many more that I love just as much.

This was one of my all time favorite sessions.

Even if I did fall in the mud.

No humans or cameras were injured.

I’m Loving Me Some Tutu’s

Friday, August 14th, 2009

Last night I was able to photograph the most adorable little girl.

Not only does she love tutu’s, but she loves having her photos taken.

The little boy?  Not so much.  It must be the thing this year (or maybe it’s always this way) for boys to shy away from the camera.

Anyhow, back to the little girl.  Her name is Rhyan and her Daddy became friends with my Christopher while working at the hospital together.

Her Mommy also works at the same hospital and we’ve since become friends and sometimes do things together.

It’s not been easy finding little girls the right age to put on my site, so my Christopher asked Jamie and Heather if it would be okay for me to photograph their little one and they agreed.

PS.  She also loves her dog.

A Fun Day With My Twins

Thursday, July 30th, 2009

Okay, so they may not be mine, but they belong to my BFF.

They are super fun to hang out with.

They’ll do anything I ask.

I spent the afternoon taking them to various places very close to home.

In downtown Paragon which is pretty much a ghost town.

The brick building is a very old, closed down business with boards over the front windows & doors.

The creek is a few acres back behind our house.

.  .  .  .  . and the trees are my back yard.

I had the best time during this little guy’s session.  He is truly a ham for the camera.  He came out smiling and never stopped.

New Site Up & Running/Laughter

Monday, July 20th, 2009

I so love it when I capture a moment of true laughter.  You know those belly laughs that are truly genuine?  Cade was able to spend the day with his cousin Robby one day last week and that’s when I catpured this moment.

For the past week I’ve been working my tail off building my new business site.  It’s now as done as can be until I have more photos to add.

Cade At The Park

Monday, June 29th, 2009

I took Cade out to the park today for a little practice session.

Of course I had to bribe him with a picnic at the park.

He managed to get a picnic and a DQ shake out of me for this.

The little booger is becoming more like his big brother every day.
